Herbal Medicine

Herbal Medicine is the use of herbs, in tincture, tea or capsule form to restore health and well-being to an individual. Where ever there have been people on the globe there has been some form of herbal medicine, from tea tree oil used by the Aborigines to the humble dandelion from the great British herbalist Culpepper. The western tradition of herbal medicine has seen an upsurge in interest in the last few decades, somewhat due to the scientific testing that some herbs have undergone to prove that they have active parts that can be used for specific health problems.

Who does it treat?
